How do I become a Sanitone Licensee?
How do I reset my password?
Under My Account on the main menu, click Edit Info/Password. Enter your new password and click Save Changes.
How do I add or edit my billing/shipping address?
Under My Account on the main menu, click Edit Addresses. This is where you can edit or add your Billing or Shipping addresses. If you have more than one shipping address, choose Edit next to Shipping Addresses and click Add another at the bottom of the page. Click Save Changes once any new information is added. You can add as many addresses as needed. Be sure to choose the correct shipping location at checkout.
Where is my Sanitone discount?
Once you have registered and are logged into the website, your Sanitone discount will automatically be applied to all products on the website. Up-front discounts will appear on the product page. Quantity discounts will appear in your cart. If your discount appears incorrectly, please contact us to verify and we'll give you an accurate quote!
My account isn't approved, what do I do?
Typically your account will be verified within one business day and you'll be notified by email that it's ready. If you haven't heard back from us, contact us right away and we'll take care of it for you.
Can my employee have an account but not have purchasing power?
Absolutely! When they register, select "Non-Purchasing Authority" and we'll set up an account that doesn't allow orders.
How do I comment on blog posts?
Once you are logged in, scroll to the bottom of the blog post and you'll see a box to leave a reply.
How do I pay?
The same as always! An invoice will be created for you by our customer service team and sent to you. Your normal payment terms will still apply. It is not necessary to pay at checkout.
How are taxes calculated?
The website estimates your taxes based on your ship-to State and ZIP code. Your final invoice sent by our customer service team will have the final taxes. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to contact us.
How is shipping calculated?
Due to variable shipping parameters, we don't estimate shipping on the website. Rest assured that what you've always paid will be what's on your invoice. Shipping doesn't go up just because it's online!
I can't find a product
At this time, we have all of our Sanitone and Stamford products available. Try searching a keyword such as "Platinum" or a product number such as "8930" to take you straight to the product page. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll find it for you!
When will my order ship?
Orders received before 2pm EST on normal business days (M-F) will ship the next business day. We allow 24 hour ordering so you can get the orders in whenever it's convenient for you!
I have multiple shipping addresses, how do I specify which one to ship to?
We recommend setting up all of your shipping addresses on your account page and selecting the appropriate one at checkout. This is a great way to keep all of your locations under the same billing address but still receive separate shipments. Orders cannot be split between shipping addresses however; you will need to place a different order for each shipping address.
I've made a mistake in my order, what do I do?
Call us at 1-800-543-0406 as soon as you realize the error.
Can I repeat an order?
Absolutely! On your "my account" page, you will see a history of your completed orders. Click "view" next to the order you want to repeat. On the next page there will be an "order again" button. Follow the steps from there!
